How can I book a service?
The easiest way to book a detailing is to call or text us at (971) 319-0506. We're available 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You can also fill out the "Schedule a Detailing" form on our website, and we will get back to you ASAP via email or phone.+
Are your services fully mobile?
Yes! As of now we are strictly a mobile detailing company. Our specialists are provided all the equipment necessary to ensure your car gets a shop-quality cleaning with the ease & comfort of not leaving your own driveway.

How often should I get my car detailed?
We recommend a full detail every 3-6 months to maintain your car's value and appearance. For daily drivers or families with kids and pets, more frequent cleanings may be beneficial.

What if I don't have access to water or electricity?
Unfortunately, we typically require clients to provide access to water and electricity within about 100-200 feet of where the detailing will take place.

How long does a detail usually take?
The detail's length varies based on the services offered and the size of the car; but they're generally between 2-5 hours.
Our specialists will provide a quoted time before the detailing begins and we aim to land within 30 minutes of that estimate.

What does the "Full Detail" package include?
The Full Detail package is our signature and most popular detailing package, and what we recommend to most customers.
It is a combination of both our Interior Only & Exterior Only plans. You can review most of what is included on our "Choose Your Plan" page, or contact us for more details. Call or text at (971) 319-0506 or email at info@brothersdetailingpdx.com.
If you'd like even more work done, our Premium Detail aims to provide most premium services without ridiculous upcharging.+
Can you detail my car if it's very dirty?
Absolutely! At Brothers Detailing, we've handled cars in all conditions and have never had to turn a customer away. While some extreme cases may require extra time or additional services, we'll always do everything we can to restore your vehicle to its best possible condition.

Do you remove stains or pet hair during an interior detail?
Yes, of course! Our specialists are trained in professional vacuuming and brushing techniques that effectively remove even stubborn pet hair.
For stains, we apply targeted spot treatments to loosen and lift most problem areas. With our Premium Detail package, we also perform a deep carpet shampoo for a more thorough clean. Please note that extremely severe or set-in stains may require advanced carpet restoration services, which we do not currently provide.
